Purvi Joshi Shah’s journey is a powerful reflection of resilience, self-belief, and continuous growth. Beginning her professional path as a receptionist within the organization, she steadily evolved into a counselling psychologist through unwavering dedication, curiosity, and a deep commitment to learning.
With over 26 years of experience working in collaborative team environments, Purvi brings a rare blend of emotional intelligence, psychological insight, and practical wisdom to her mentoring approach. She holds a postgraduate qualification in Business Management, which complements her counselling expertise—allowing her to support students, parents, and women with both structured thinking and empathetic guidance.
Her work focuses on helping individuals navigate personal challenges, emotional wellbeing, and developmental transitions with clarity and confidence. She has conducted numerous interactive workshops and sessions on confidence building, emotional awareness, and interview readiness—empowering young individuals to discover their strengths and direction.
A trained Kathak dancer and a passionate lifelong learner, Purvi has a deep interest in the behavioural psychology of teenagers. She is committed to further research in areas such as teen mental health and screen addiction, with the goal of contributing meaningfully to the wellbeing of the next generation.

Dikshita Mehta is a passionate education enthusiast with a strong academic foundation in Psychology and International Relations, driven by a deep commitment to helping individuals understand themselves and make meaningful life choices.
Her journey into counselling began with a genuine curiosity about people—their stories, challenges, and untapped potential. Over time, this curiosity evolved into purposeful work in student career counselling, where she supports young individuals in navigating important academic and personal decisions with clarity and confidence.
Dikshita believes that self-awareness is the foundation of the right career choices. Through her empathetic and reflective approach, she helps students pause, explore their inner strengths, and align their paths with what truly resonates with them—creating a sense of direction that feels both fulfilling and authentic.
For her, counselling and creative expression are deeply interconnected. Both serve as tools to help individuals reflect, gain perspective, and move forward with intention.
